Install on WordPress

Add AskThis to a WordPress site with the official plugin — no theme edits.

If your site runs on WordPress, the plugin is the easiest way to install AskThis — it injects the widget and your AI Graph tags automatically, with no theme edits.

1. Install the plugin

In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New.
Search for AskThis and install the official plugin, then Activate it.

2. Connect your site

Open the plugin’s settings page.
Paste your site ID from the AskThis dashboard (Sites → Install).
Save.

That’s all the plugin needs — it injects the widget on your pages and adds your AI Graph tags automatically, so AI engines can read and cite your content.

3. Verify it’s live

Back in the AskThis dashboard, click Verify installation — it confirms the widget’s first event has arrived. Then head to Configure buttons & engines to choose which social and AI buttons appear.

On a WooCommerce store, the plugin also understands product context (price, availability) so AI prompts are commerce-aware — no extra setup.
